Building project.
This build was timeless beauty that has been perfectly placed to look down the Gladstone valley and the surrounding area. This build consisted of a private residence with its own underground cellar and a guest house which was designed by David McBride Architect.
Both the home and the guest house were a difficult build but very rewarding for both the builder and the homeowners. There was a lot of preparation and groundwork required before the build could commence to ensure ground stability. The buildings themselves were constructed by the use of in-situ concrete walls and included concrete stairs and staircases. The use of big windows ensured that the owners got to enjoy the amazing views, with great indoor-outdoor flow for entertaining and family events.
